Indoor Storage
We offer a variety of different sized units so that you can choose the size that best suits your needs and price. Our building is heated during the colder weather and with numerous access doors you can always park close to your unit. We even have flatbed carts for you to use free of charge. Storage insurance is included at no extra cost to you.
Outdoor Parking
We offer a gated yard with space for everything from small cars to boats, large motorhomes and trailers. We offer spaces for short or long term renting.
Sizes
Whether you are storing a one-bedroom apartment or an entire household; we have many different sized units that we can combine to suit your needs.
We have units from 25 sq ft. (5×5), all the way up to 320sq ft., with many sizes in between. We also have up to 140,000 sq ft. of warehouse, factory and office space to accomodate requests for larger spaces.

Hours of operation
We are open Mon - Fri: 9:00 - 6:30pm & Sat: 9:00 - 5:00pm.
When you need access to your indoor unit, just stop in at the office and we’ll sign you in. Then you can drive right up to your access door where you will find a flatbed cart available for your use free of charge.
For a refundable deposit, we provide electronic gate access keyfobs to our customers with outside spaces, making it convenient for you to access your vehicle or trailer after business hours.
There is no access from 11pm to 6am.
Payment options
You will rent on a month to month basis, with one full month minimum. If you move in part way through the month, we will prorate your rent for that month. Then your rent will always be due on the first of every month thereafter.
Monthly billing, unlike a 4-week cycle, is convenient and saves you making an extra month’s payment at the end of the year.
In addition to accepting credit cards, debit, and e-transfers, we also offer monthly autopay on your Visa or Mastercard.
vacating your Unit
You can vacate your inside unit anytime during business hours.
Once your unit is empty, simply stop in at the office to make arrangements for the return of your security deposit. Outdoor clients must turn in their gate fobs to receive their deposits back.
